How it works
Here's how a Naviu project runs.
From the first call to working software, the same way every time: decide what is worth building, ship it, and stay after launch. We use AI for the heavy lifting, so a small senior team ships what used to need a much bigger one.
Who you'll work with
A dedicated team to make it happen.
No hiring, no ramp-up. A product manager, tech lead, designer, engineers and QA who already work together.
How we make it happen
-
Strategy Assessment
FreeWe start where you are. Sometimes that's a product you already want to launch. Sometimes it's an operational problem that keeps costing you, with no clear idea of what to build yet. Either way, we get to know the business, what you're trying to achieve, and how we would approach it. You leave with a written plan: scope, timeline and cost. It's free, and it's yours to keep whether we work together or not.

Discovery & Design
We work out where software & AI genuinely create value, what the technical and regulatory risks are, and what the opportunity is actually worth. If it isn't worth building, we say so here. Then we shape the solution and prove the hard parts with a prototype you can click through, not just a document describing one, and every screen and flow gets designed with you in the room. By the end you have a clickable prototype and a specification precise enough to build from.

Development & Launch
We build in 2-week sprints. Each one ends with working software you can use, so you steer with business judgment rather than technical debate. AI features go in as we build, never bolted on at the end, and everything runs through continuous testing as we go. You go live with software that has been tested end to end and used by real people before anyone outside sees it.
- Bi-weekly demos
- Solution live in production
- 100% IP transfer (code, designs, AI workflows)
After the first project
We're set up to be your tech partner, not a one-off supplier. When the first project is live the work usually continues, either deepening what we've built or opening the next part of the business where software and AI can help. Same team, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you work with AI?
In how we build. Across every stage: strategy, design and development. Our specialists use AI for the heavy lifting and the recurring work, so they have more time to focus on finding the best solution for you. A small senior team ships what used to need a much bigger one.
In what we build. We integrate AI and agentic workflows into the solution itself, so the software handles the repetitive steps end to end. We design it in from the first week rather than bolting it on at the end, because working out where AI actually earns its place changes what gets built.
What if we already have a tech team?
Then you're like a lot of our clients. We're not here to replace your team, we're here for what they can't get to: the capacity the roadmap doesn't have, the AI-first ways of building that most teams are still adopting, and the product and design work that was never their job. Everything we build can be handed over as we go, so your team owns it when we leave.
Who will actually work on our project?
A full team from the first week: a product manager, a tech lead, a designer, engineers and a QA tester who already work together, so there's no hiring and no ramp-up. And we don't stop at software that works. We deliver something people actually like using.
What if we're not technical?
Neither are a lot of the companies we built for: family offices, compliance consultancies, founders who'd run the business on spreadsheets for years. We need you to know your business well. We'll guide you through the rest.
What does a project cost?
It depends a lot on complexity. A single internal workflow and a multi-feature platform are different orders of magnitude, so any range we published without knowing your project would be misleading.
We scope and estimate your project during the strategy assessment, so you have a real number in front of you before development starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity, and we'd rather scope it than guess. A focused build, like an internal tool or an MVP, is measured in weeks. A multi-feature platform takes considerably longer, and anything in a regulated industry adds time for security and compliance review.
You get a realistic timeline during Discovery, before you commit to development.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Monitoring, fixes and the next round of features, with the same team that built it. Think of us as your extended product team, there when you need us and quiet when you don't.
What tech stack do you use?
Proven foundations chosen for reliability and hiring, not fashion: React, React Native, Node.js and Next.js. Our engineers work with AI tools day to day, which is a big part of why a small senior team moves as fast as it does, without cutting corners on review and testing.
Will it scale?
Yes, and without a rebuild. We design the architecture for where you are going, not only where you are today. Whether you launch with 100 users or 100,000, the foundation holds.
How secure is what you build?
Built to hold up. We've built the systems a business actually runs on for global brands, banks and airlines, where downtime has real consequences. Security is part of the build, not a phase at the end: access control, encryption, audit trails and GDPR by default, reviewed before every release and tested end to end under real production load before anyone outside sees it.
Who owns the code, designs and AI workflows?
You do. 100%, from day one. Code lives in your GitHub, designs in your Figma, prompts and AI workflows in your repo. If we stop working together, you keep everything and it keeps running.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with one workflow, one internal tool or an MVP, then grow from there once it is running and paying for itself. The strategy document tells you where to start and what can wait.
