ProStudioTime transforms how recording studios connect with music professionals. Built for studios looking to optimize bookings and artists seeking the perfect recording environment, the platform provides a centralized marketplace for studio discovery, inquiry, and reservation. The focus: eliminating the friction in music production logistics so creators can focus on making music.
The Challenge
The traditional studio booking process was fragmented and inefficient. Music professionals faced convoluted inquiry processes, excessive intermediary fees, and no unified way to assess studio availability, equipment, or pricing. Studios struggled with empty calendar slots and manual booking management. The market lacked a transparent platform where professionals could quickly find studios matching their specific production needs, from equipment requirements to acoustic specifications.
The Solution
We built a two sided marketplace connecting studios with music professionals. Studios create detailed profiles showcasing their spaces, equipment, rates, and availability calendars. Music professionals browse and filter studios based on location, equipment, price, and availability, then send booking requests directly through the platform. Integrated messaging enables real time communication for discussing technical requirements and finalizing details. The platform handles scheduling, availability management, and booking confirmations automatically, eliminating back and forth emails and phone calls that traditionally slow down the process.
